The event organized by the Üsküdar University Food Club will be held on May 12, 2026, between 13.00 and 15.00 in the Yuşa Hall at the Çarşı Campus. At the event, to be held with Ömer Faruk Yılmaz, food safety, kitchen practices and sustainability will be discussed.
