“I Am Ready for an Earthquake” Symposium and Simulator Exercise

A symposium and hands-on simulation program will be held to promote earthquake preparedness and disaster awareness.
As part of the event titled “I Am Ready for an Earthquake,” organized by the Üsküdar University Scenario-Based OHS Practices Club, a symposium program will be held on March 25, 2026 between 10.15 and 15.20 in the Emirnebi-1 Hall of the Çarşı Campus.
Prof. Dr. Şerif Barış, Özgür Özaltun, Ali Emre Erişen and Hasan Çelebi will speak in the program, addressing earthquake awareness, disaster management and risk reduction strategies.
The simulator exercise planned as the second stage of the event on March 26, 2026 has been canceled.
