2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester HCS Activity Calendar
The Üsküdar University Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports has announced the activity calendar for student clubs, student lockers, scholarship processes, and sports team tryouts for the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester.
The calendar of student activities to be carried out by our Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports during the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester has been set.
Throughout the fall semester, applications and activities will take place for student clubs, new club establishment, student lockers, part-time work and meal scholarship processes, and sports team tryouts.
2026–2027 Fall Semester Activity Calendar
Student Club General Assemblies
September 7 – October 9, 2026Our student clubs will hold their general assembly meetings and executive board elections and complete the notification processes with the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports.
New Student Club Establishment
September 14 – October 2Preliminary applications will be received from students who would like to found a new student club, the evaluation processes will be carried out, and an orientation program will be held on October 14, 2026.
- September 14 – October 2, 2026: Receipt of preliminary applications
- October 7–8, 2026: Evaluation of applications
- October 14, 2026: Orientation program
Student Club Stand Promotion Days
October 19, 2026A stand promotion day will be held where our student clubs will introduce their activities and meet new students.
Student Locker Request Processes
September 7 – November 30, 2026Student locker requests will be received through the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports offices at the relevant campuses.
Part-Time Work and Meal Scholarship Processes
Announcements regarding the receipt of applications through the system, the announcement of application results, and onboarding procedures will be shared on the @uskudarsks account.
Sports Team Tryouts
September 21 – October 9, 2026Sports team applications will be accepted between September 21 and October 1, 2026, and candidate athlete tryouts will be held between October 7 and 9, 2026.
Students are kindly requested to regularly follow the @uskudarsks Instagram account and the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports website for application links, current dates, and possible changes.

Student Club General Assemblies
September 7 – October 9, 2026Student clubs will hold their general assembly meetings and board elections and complete the required notification procedures with the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports.
New Student Club Establishment
September 14 – October 2 / October 7–8 / October 14, 2026Preliminary applications from students wishing to establish a new student club will be received, applications will be evaluated, and an orientation program will be held on October 14, 2026.

Student Club Promotion Stand Day
October 19, 2026Student clubs will introduce their activities and meet with new students during the promotion stand day.

Part-Time Work and Meal Scholarship Processes
Announcements regarding online applications, application results and employment procedures will be shared via @uskudarsks.
