Uludağ, the highest mountain in the Marmara region, is covered with snow for five months of the year and consists of 11 main pistes with a total length of 25 km. With its 9 km cable car line, it is home to the longest cable car in Turkey.
2- Palandoken Ski Center - Erzurum
Located at the foot of the Palandöken Mountains, Palandöken Ski Center is one of the longest and steepest ski slopes in the world. Located 7 km from Erzurum city center, the ski resort hosted the 25th World University Winter Games in 2011. The popularity of the ski resort has increased as it ranked 18th among the 41 best ski resorts in the world published by the New York Times.
3- Sarikamis Ski Center - Kars
Powder crystal snow, which is only found in Kars Sarıkamış in our country, is a very popular ski destination as it is only found in the Alps in the world. Located 55 km from Kars city center, Sarıkamış Ski Center is built among pine trees and has 7 pistes with a total length of 25 km. It is a ski center where the weather is always clear and there is no risk of icing.
4- Erciyes Ski Center - Kayseri
Located at the foot of Erciyes, the highest mountain in Central Anatolia, Erciyes Ski Center is 25 km from Kayseri city center. The ski center, which has the opportunity to ski for 6 months of the year, has 33 different tracks of 102 kilometers according to difficulty levels. It is one of the most popular ski centers of recent times.
5- Zigana Ski Center - Gümüşhane
Zigana Ski Resort, the only ski resort in the Eastern Black Sea, located in the Northeast Mountains, is 60 km from Gümüşhane city center and 120 km from Trabzon city center. The ski center, which is surrounded by forests, has a total runway length of 661 meters and has 1 chairlift and 1 baby-lift. In the ski center, which is covered with snow for five months of the year, the snow thickness reaches 1-1.5 meters.
6- Kartepe Ski Center - Kocaeli
Kartepe Ski Center, 130 km from Istanbul, is easily accessible. Located at an altitude of 1601 meters, the ski center fascinates visitors with its view of Sapanca Lake and Izmet Bay. There are 4 pistes in the ski center and the season starts in December and lasts until March.
7- Saklikent Ski Center - Antalya
The ski season at Saklıkent Ski Center, built on the Beydağ Mountains of the Taurus Mountains, starts at the end of December and lasts until the end of March. Since it is located in the Mediterranean Region, it is the ski center with the highest temperature in our country. Located 50 km from Antalya city center, the ski center has 2 chairlifts and 1 chairlift with a length of 1400 meters.
8- Elmadag Ski Center - Ankara
Elmadağ Ski Center is located 17 km from Ankara city center. The ski season starts in January and continues until March. Built between 1500 and 1850 meters, the ski center has tracks of different difficulty levels and 2 chairlifts with a capacity of 720 people per hour. The 650-meter-long ski track is steep and short, making it an ideal ski resort for action lovers.
9- Kartalkaya Ski Resort - Bolu
Kartalkaya Ski Center, built in the Koroglu Mountains, is 40 km from Bolu city center. There are 25 slopes with a total length of 40 km, varying in difficulty. The season in the leading ski center of winter tourism starts in December and continues until March.
10- Atabari Ski Center - Artvin
Atabari Ski Center, the most preferred ski resort in the Eastern Black Sea region with an altitude of 2035 meters, is 17 km from Artvin city center. There are 3 slopes with a total length of 1300 meters and 1 lift and chairlift. The ski season starts in mid-December and continues until the end of March.
11- Ilgaz Ski Center - Çankırı
Ilgaz Ski Center is located in the Ilgaz Mountain National Park at an altitude of 2850 meters between Kastamonu and Çankırı. The ski season starts in November and lasts until April. The ski center has a total of 4 slopes ranging between 950 and 1400 meters.
12- Ladik Akdag Ski Center - Samsun
Ladik Akdağ Ski Center, the only and most modern ski center of the Central Black Sea, is located at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is 84 km from Samsun city center and 7 km from Ladik district center. There are a total of 6 ski slopes ranging between 1600 and 3500.
13- Davraz Ski Center - Isparta
With a view of Lake Egirdir, Davraz Ski Center at the foot of Davraz Mountain, 2635 meters high, is 26 km from Isparta city center. The ski center has 12 slopes with a total length of 23,500 meters, 3 chairlifts that can carry an average of 1000 people per hour and trails reaching 10 kilometers.
14- Ergan Ski Center - Erzincan
Ergan Ski Center, the newest ski resort in Eastern Anatolia, is located 12 km from Erzincan city center. Between 1800 and 2455 meters with different levels of difficulty between the lake with views of the lake, the runway has the distinction of being Turkey's longest ski resort.
15- Yolçatı Ski Center - Bingöl
Yolaçtı Ski Center is 25 km away from Bingöl city center and transportation is provided by private cars and buses. The ski center has a 950-meter-long chairlift with 44 hangers. The ski season starts in December and lasts until March.
