A Warm Break During the Exam Marathon: The Soup Serving Tradition Continues in Üsküdar
The Üsküdar University Youth Club organized a soup serving event on all campuses to boost the motivation of students during the midterm period and show that it stands by them amid the intense exam schedule. As part of the project, carried out with the support of Üsküdar Municipality, thousands of students and university staff recharged their morale with hot soup in the early morning hours over three days.
As midterm excitement continued at Üsküdar University, the Youth Club launched a meaningful project to help ease students' exam stress, even if only a little, and to support them. Organized under the title "Soup Serving During the Midterm Period," the event was held simultaneously on all of the university's campuses, reaching a large number of students. The servings, which began in the morning hours, became a warm source of motivation for students who had stayed up all night in libraries and classrooms.

Prepared thanks to the successful collaboration with Üsküdar Municipality, the hot soup was served to students at stands set up on the Main, Çarşı and NP Health campuses. Benefiting more than 2,500 students and administrative staff in total, this social activity went beyond a simple treat and also strengthened community awareness and the spirit of solidarity within the university.
Drawing attention to the importance of nutrition and a short break amid the intense study pace of exam week, Youth Club members aimed to help students feel valued and supported through this event. Throughout the three-day program, the smiles on students' faces and the positive feedback received were the clearest indication that the event had achieved its purpose.

Strengthened by the contributions of Üsküdar Municipality, this project was a fine example of local government support for university youth. While this strong partnership between the municipality and the university once again proved the positive impact of social responsibility projects on students, the warm atmosphere on campus helped keep exam stress at bay.
At the end of the event, both students and university staff thanked the Youth Club, noting that such activities are of critical importance for morale and motivation during exam periods. Emphasizing that it will continue to look after students' social well-being as well as their academic success, the Üsküdar University Youth Club announced the good news that similar projects will continue in the coming terms.
