Key points regarding the correct and safe use of the equipment were demonstrated in practice.
The program also focused on proper stance, bow grip techniques and basic shooting principles. Participants had the opportunity to try holding an Olympic recurve bow, reinforcing theoretical knowledge with practice. The event, which emphasized the importance of balance, focus and discipline in archery, also addressed the sport’s contributions to both physical and mental development.
