Kulüp fikrini ve faaliyet alanını belirledikten sonra süreç hakkında ön bilgi almak için Sağlık, Kültür ve Spor Daire Başkanlığı ile iletişime geç.

Başvuru için gerekli form ve belgeleri SKS web sitesindeki ilgili belge ve formlar alanından temin et.

Kulübün için 9 kurucu üyeden oluşan kurucu ekibi oluştur.

Kurucu üyelerin aktif öğrencilik statüsünde olması ve ilgili yönergede belirtilen şartları taşıması gerekir.

Kulübüne rehberlik edecek bir akademik danışman belirle.

Hazırladığın başvuru dosyasını ilan edilen başvuru tarihleri içerisinde Sağlık, Kültür ve Spor Daire Başkanlığına teslim et. Belgelerin eksiksiz, güncel ve gerekli imzaları tamamlanmış olmasına dikkat et.

Belirlenen tarihte Öğrenci Kulüpleri Koordinasyon Kurulu toplantısına katıl.

Kulübünün kuruluş amacını, hedeflerini ve planladığı faaliyetleri kısa ve etkili bir sunumla Kurula anlat.

Koordinasyon Kurulunun değerlendirmesi sonucunda kulübünün kuruluş kararı tarafına bildirilir.

Kuruluşu onaylanan kulüp, akademik danışmanın divan başkanlığında ilk genel kurulunu gerçekleştirerek yönetim ve denetim kurullarını seçer.

After defining your club idea and field of activity, contact the Department of Health, Culture and Sports to receive initial information about the process.

Obtain the required application forms and documents through the relevant forms and documents section of the SKS website.

Form a founding team consisting of 9 founding members.

Founding members must be active students and meet the conditions specified in the relevant student club regulations.

Select an academic advisor who will guide the club.

Submit the complete application file to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports within the announced application period. Make sure that all documents are complete, up to date and properly signed.

Attend the Student Clubs Coordination Board meeting on the announced date.

Present your club's purpose, objectives and planned activities to the Board in a concise and effective presentation.

Following the Coordination Board's evaluation, the decision regarding the establishment of the club will be communicated.

Once approved, the club holds its first general assembly under the chairmanship of the academic advisor and elects its executive and supervisory boards.
