2025 – 2026 Öğrenci Kulüp Kurma ve Yeni Kulüplerin Faaliyet Takvimi / New Clubs Activity

📅 2025 – 2026 Öğrenci Kulüp Kurma Süreci

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Sağlık, Kültür ve Spor Daire Başkanlığı bünyesinde, yeni kulüp kurma ve faaliyet süreci aşağıdaki takvime göre yürütülecektir:

• Öğrenci Kulüp Kurma Başvuruları (6 – 24 Ekim 2025)

  Yeni kulüp kurmak isteyen öğrenciler, belirlenen tarihlerde ön başvurularını gerçekleştirebilecektir.

• Değerlendirme Süreci (24 – 27 Ekim 2025)

  Kulüp kurma başvuruları SKS tarafından değerlendirilecektir.

• Yeni Kulüpler İçin Oryantasyon (27 – 31 Ekim 2025)

  Başvurusu kabul edilen kulüpler için bilgilendirme ve oryantasyon programı düzenlenecektir.

• Stand Açılışları (3 – 17 Kasım 2025)

  Yeni açılan kulüpler, kampüslerde stand açarak tanıtım ve üye alımı yapabilecektir.

📅 2025 – 2026 Student Club Establishment Process

Within the scope of Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department, the application and activity schedule for establishing new student clubs is as follows:

• Student Club Applications (October 6 – 13, 2025)

  Students who wish to establish a new club may submit their preliminary applications within the specified dates.

• Official Applications (October 13 – 24, 2025)

  Eligible clubs must submit the required documents to the Health, Culture and Sports Department.

• Evaluation (October 24 – 27, 2025)

  Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by SKS.

• Orientation (October 27 – 31, 2025)

  An orientation program will be organized by SKS for newly accepted clubs.

• Stand Openings (November 3 – 17, 2025)

  Newly founded clubs will open stands on campus for promotion and membership recruitment.
