A Warm Welcome to the New Generation of Midwives from the First Touch to a Miracle Club: Come, Let's Get Acquainted
With its "Come, Let's Get Acquainted" event, the Üsküdar University First Touch to a Miracle Club welcomed first-year Midwifery students into the family. At the gathering, where the club's vision, mission and upcoming projects were shared, the prospective midwives had the opportunity to meet the executive board and took their first steps into the volunteer network by sharing event ideas that will contribute to their professional development.
One of Üsküdar University's most dynamic communities, the First Touch to a Miracle Club got off to a fast start in the academic year by meeting the new students of the midwifery department. Held in classroom 710, the "Come, Let's Get Acquainted" event was organized to help first-year students who are just starting out in the profession get to know the club culture closely and to speed up their adaptation to university life.

Members of the club's executive and supervisory boards who spoke at the event gave a presentation summarizing the club's founding philosophy and the successful work carried out to date. In the speeches, which emphasized the sacred nature of the midwifery profession and the importance of field experience, the social and academic opportunities the club offers to students were described in detail. New students were told about the privileges of being part of the "First Touch to a Miracle" brand.

At the gathering, held in an interactive atmosphere with 80 students in attendance, it was not only the executive board who spoke; students' expectations were also heard. In the session, participants were informed about the club membership process, and the digital and in-person application channels were explained, outlining the ways to become a midwifery volunteer. This warm approach increased new students' interest in the club while also reviving the spirit of solidarity on campus.
In the "Event Consultation" segment, one of the most productive parts of the program, creative project ideas from new members were noted down. Preliminary information about seminars, workshops and technical trips planned for the near future created great excitement among participants. Giving students a voice in their own development once again demonstrated the club's participatory management approach.
The gathering ended with answers to the questions of the future midwives. First Touch to a Miracle Club officials stated that every student devoted to the midwifery profession can find a place on this platform and announced the event calendar that will run throughout the term. The event was crowned with an energetic family photo taken in the classroom.
