An Unforgettable Experience with the Magic of Nature and History in Kemerburgaz City Forest

The Sunset Shooting event organized by the Photography Club affiliated to Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department offered its participants the opportunity to discover the unique beauties of nature. The event, which took place on January 14, 2024 in Kemerburgaz Urban Forest, aimed to photograph the sunset over the Maglova Aqueduct.

Within the scope of the event, which took place in the peaceful atmosphere of the forest, the participants first got in touch with nature with a small walk. The color riot of nature was reflected in the photographs taken by the lakeside and in the forest.

Prof. Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Ebru Karadoğan gave information about the Maglova Aqueduct and introduced Mimar Sinan's masterpiece to the participants in detail. Emphasizing that this 550-year-old historical work has a unique place in the history of world architecture, Karadoğan gave the participants a historical journey.

At the climax of the event, participants watching the sunset over the Maglova Aqueduct experienced unforgettable moments in the combination of nature and history. Prof. Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Ebru Karadoğan gave tips on shooting, this meaningful event gave its participants the privilege of both offering a pleasant day and discovering the beauties of nature.
