Come Hold My Hand Club Held an "Art Therapy" Workshop

The Haydi Tut Elimi Club, affiliated with the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate of Üsküdar University, held a workshop titled "Art Therapy" on November 24, 2025, in the Meeting Hall of Block D at the Central Campus. The event was organized to explore the impact of art elements such as music and painting on emotions and to contribute to the process of participants recognizing their own emotions.

The workshop was led by Dr. Fatma Turan and Specialist Psychologist Şevin Çoğaç. The experts explained the importance of art therapy in psychological processes and shared examples of the emotional responses that different art forms evoke in individuals. During the event, participants engaged in activities designed to help them express their emotions through music and painting.

In the interactive workshop, students actively participated in activities focused on emotional awareness, creative expression, stress management, and inner exploration. The program concluded by offering an experience that supported both personal development and psychological well-being.

The workshop, attended by a total of 13 students, received positive feedback from the students and was recorded as one of the club's psychology-based social awareness activities.
