Throughout the event, striking information was shared on the relationship between poor eating habits and various diseases.
Participants had the opportunity to gain comprehensive information about obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and the effects of daily lifestyle habits on health. Assessments were also made on the importance of balanced nutrition in preventive health and the long-term consequences of individuals’ lifestyle choices.
