Usküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department's club activities continue at full speed. The club members enjoyed the nature with the Maşukiye- Ormanya- Sapanca Tour organized by the Erasmus and International Students Club.
The event organized by Üsküdar University Erasmus and International Students Club took place on Friday, December 24. The club organized a tour of Maşukiye- Ormanya- Sapanca and held its first event with club members this year after the Covid pandemic. The members set off with the rings departing from Üsküdar University Central Campus in the morning and arrived at Maşukiye- Sapanca at noon. When we reached Maşukiye, they gathered energy for the day by having their coffee among the greenery in the face of the beauty of nature. After breakfast, they went to the canyon to take an ATV and UTV tour in Maşukiye. Here, guests who will participate in ATV and UTV tours were given 15 minutes of informative training and 45 minutes of safari training.
ORMANYA, the third largest Natural Life Park in the world and the largest in Europe, has been passed. Ormanya, which allows for touristic use while protecting natural life, consists of 6 main regions and provides the opportunity to see animals from different geographies together in their natural habitats. The park, which provides the opportunity to meet and get to know the creatures that people share the world with, is home to 85 domestic mammals of 17 species, 267 winged animals of 25 species and 1 reptile. Dozens of samples from the rich fauna and flora of Anatolia are exhibited on the Botanical Road. In the area created by preserving the natural habitats of animals, there are 114 animals of 10 species in their most natural state. Among these animals are gazelles, deer, roe deer, roe deer, and snowshoe horses. While doing sports and having fun in Ormanya, young people and children will also discover nature with activities within the scope of Forest School. Young people and children will experience the adrenaline rush at the Adventure Park. After the free time that the club members will spend here, we headed to our restaurant to have lunch. After the lunch break for lunch, we set off towards Sapanca Lake. There are horseback riding areas, fishing ponds, walking areas on the banks of Sapanca Lake. After the free time given by Sapanca Lake, we departed for Istanbul.
