First Session of the "Lead Yourself" Training from the Industry and Leadership Club

The Industry and Leadership Club, affiliated with the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate of Üsküdar University, held the first session of its training program titled "Leadership for Yourself 1" on November 25, 2025, at the Kuleli Hall in Block A of the Main Campus. The training aimed to develop students' individual leadership skills through creative drama-based applications.

The fundamental approach of the training was based on the idea that individuals must discover and strengthen their inner leadership before leading others. Throughout the program, participants took part in various interactive activities focused on defining their values, gaining personal awareness, and analyzing their individual characteristics.

In the session, which utilized creative drama techniques, students were actively involved in the process through activities that helped them discover their own character traits. Participants had the opportunity to get to know themselves better by learning their character colors based on their responses. Thanks to its highly interactive structure, the training created an enjoyable learning environment by strengthening student participation in the process.

The training was conducted by Aslıhan Çakır Canbesler (Drama & Life Skills Trainer, Sky Business) and completed with the participation of a total of 70 students. The students stated that the session contributed to their personal development and provided positive feedback for the continuation of the program.
