Forensic Sciences and Criminal Justice Club Organized Online Alumni Meeting
As part of the "Alumni Meetings" event series organized by the Forensic Sciences and Criminal Justice Club, an online interview was held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 with the participation of Forensic Scientist Sena Deniz. In the event organized on the Zoom platform, important information was presented to students who want to pursue a master's degree abroad in the field of forensic sciences.
Sena Deniz shared details about the master's degree process abroad and provided guidance on many issues from application processes to scholarship opportunities, especially for students who want to study in Italy. Deniz made comprehensive explanations about the documents required during the application, diploma equivalence procedures, foreign language proficiency documents and visa application processes.
At the event, the steps to be considered for participants aiming to study for a master's degree in Italy were discussed in detail. Deniz talked about the scholarship opportunities provided at universities in Italy, the differences in the education system and the difficulties encountered in the application process. He especially emphasized the importance of documents showing foreign language level and the importance of preparing the documents in English format.
Based on his own experiences, Deniz stated that studying abroad is an important opportunity for personal and academic development. He also shared information about the undergraduate education process in Turkey and how he shaped his own educational choices.
Students Showed Great Interest
Between 55-60 participants attended the interview organized by the Forensic Sciences and Criminal Justice Club. Students asked Sena Deniz the questions they were curious about the process of applying for a master's degree abroad. Deniz's answers were guiding for the students.
At the end of the event, the participants expressed their satisfaction by stating that such informative interviews should continue. The Forensic Sciences and Criminal Justice Club announced that similar events will continue to be organized to support students' career planning.
The Forensic Sciences and Criminal Justice Club stated that it will continue to support students' academic and professional goals. Club officials stated that they will continue to inform students with similar events in the future.
