Health Management Students Come Together at the “Professional Career Introduction” Seminar

The “Professional Career Introduction” seminar, organized by Üsküdar University Health Management students, was held on March 13, 2026, in the Beylerbeyi Hall at Çarşı Campus. At the event, attended by students interested in health management, valuable insights were shared on professional career paths and industry experiences.

Dr. İshak Askeroğlu, Ardahan Provincial Health Director, who attended the seminar as a speaker, shared his career experiences in health management with students and provided information on public health administration processes. Throughout the program, assessments were made on the management approach in the health sector, institutional operations, and professional development processes.

At the event, students had the opportunity to learn about key points to consider when planning a career in health management and experiences that support professional development. The presentations on management processes in health institutions, leadership skills, and current needs in the sector were followed with particular interest.

During the seminar, effective communication, team management, and professional responsibility in the health field were also discussed, and suggestions were shared to help students develop their professional perspectives. Thanks to presentations based on real experiences, participants had the chance to take a closer look at working life in health management.

The event, attended by approximately 20 students, continued interactively with a Q&A session. Students had the opportunity to gain more comprehensive information about the field by asking questions about career planning, the public health system, and management processes.

The seminar was one of the productive events that increased the professional awareness of students studying health management and contributed to their career planning.
