Industry and Leadership Club made a Technical Trip to Evyap Factory

The Industry and Leadership Club, affiliated to Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department, organized a technical trip called "Journey from Quality to Innovation" to Evyap Holding Tuzla Production Factory in Tuzla, Istanbul on December 11, 2024. A total of 38 people attended the event held in Istanbul Leather Organized Industrial Zone.

The main purpose of the trip was to provide the participants with practical knowledge in the production field and to guide their career planning by introducing them to the functioning of the sector closely. During this trip organized at Evyap production facility, production processes, quality control steps and logistics systems were examined on site.

Participants had the opportunity to see the processes taking place on the production line in detail. The information on quality control practices and logistics operations allowed the participants to combine their theoretical knowledge with practice. The exchange of information with industry professionals during the event raised awareness on industry and leadership issues.

At the end of the tour, the participants were very satisfied with their observations about the functioning of the factory. In their comments at the end of the event, the participants said, "It was very impressive to see the production processes on site at the Evyap factory. Especially what we learned about quality control processes and logistics helped me to combine my theoretical knowledge with practice."

The Industry and Leadership Club emphasized that such technical trips will continue and that they aim to contribute to the participants gaining sectoral experience.
