Industry and Leadership Student Club Organized LinkedIn Training

Üsküdar University Industry and Leadership Student Club organized the "LinkedIn Training" event on November 5, 2024. The event, which was attended by Semra Gül from Üsküdar University Career Center Department as a speaker, provided students with important information about the role and impact of the LinkedIn platform in career life.

The event was held face-to-face at Üsküdar University Central Campus A Block Kuleli Hall. 80 students attended the event, where a detailed training was given on the correct and effective use of the LinkedIn application. Semra Gül emphasized the importance of LinkedIn in building a professional career and provided information on strategies for university students to create a career network and create an effective profile on LinkedIn.

At the end of the event, the participants stated that they realized that LinkedIn is not only a social media platform but also a powerful tool for their career development. Students learned how they can reach a wider audience with their important announcements on LinkedIn and how they can use this platform in their professional lives after graduation. They also learned about career networking strategies and how to communicate effectively on LinkedIn.

The Industry and Leadership Student Branch Club is determined to continue to provide students with competencies that will play an important role in their career lives.
