Inspiring Memories on the Path to Medicine: Clinical Experiences-2 with ÜSKÜBAT

The Üsküdar University Scientific Research Society (ÜSKÜBAT) hosted Head of the Department of Medical Biochemistry Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Sait Keleş at its "Clinical Experiences-2" seminar held on December 30, 2025. At the event, which drew great interest from future physicians, the human and clinical aspects of medicine were discussed through professional experiences and unforgettable memories from medical practice.

ÜSKÜBAT, the Üsküdar University society supporting scientific development and professional awareness, continues to shed light on the career journeys of medical students. Held on December 30, 2025 at the Galenos Conference Hall on the 6th floor of the NP Health Campus, the "Clinical Experiences-2" seminar was a meaningful session where academic knowledge met field experience.

The event’s guest speaker, Head of our university’s Department of Medical Biochemistry Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Sait Keleş, shared memories and clinical experiences distilled from his long career as a physician with the students. In the session, which began at 17.30 on December 30, 2025, not only the medical literature but also critical topics such as patient-physician communication, clinical decision-making processes and professional ethics were conveyed through real-life examples.

At the seminar, which aimed to boost students’ professional motivation amid their academic workload, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Sait Keleş touched on the finer points of the art of medicine. Throughout the two-hour program, participants had the opportunity to hear from a master of the field about how laboratory data translate into the clinical picture and the resilience a physician must develop in the face of challenges.
