Özcan Demir was elected as a member of the SKS Coordination Board!

The University Sports Federation of Turkey (TÜSF), which was established to promote sports culture in universities and to bring young people together with sports, took an important decision at the board meeting held on March 20, 2025. At the meeting, the Health, Culture and Sports (HCS) Coordination Board, consisting of 14 members, was established in order for sports to find more place in the society and to increase sports activities in universities. Sports Coordinator Özcan Demir, representing Üsküdar University, assumed a great responsibility by taking part in this important board.

Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department Coordinator Özcan Demir's appointment to the SKS Coordination Board was welcomed with excitement in the university community. Demir, who will carry Üsküdar University's sports vision forward, will contribute to bringing young people closer to sports. It is stated that Demir, who will lead the social and sports projects of the university, will take important steps to increase the positive effects of sports on youth.
