Our Students Journeyed to Innovations in Informatics Valley

Üsküdar University students, especially members of the Technoscience in Medicine Club, organized an expedition to the Informatics Valley on April 26, 2024 to explore opportunities in software and R&D.

A total of 37 people left the Central Campus under the guidance of Kenan Karagöz, Health, Culture and Sports Department (SKS) Specialist, and set off for Gebze Informatics Valley.

During their visit, the participants listened to a detailed presentation about the opportunities offered by the Informatics Valley. In addition to the companies and departments, future career opportunities and R&D projects were also presented to the participants. They were also informed about the Air Car prototype, one of the innovative projects of the Informatics Valley.

As part of the trip, participants visited 42 Software Schools to learn about the latest developments in the industry. They also visited the Incubation Business Center and learned about the opportunities to get support for their future projects.

After the visit, which lasted for about 1.5 hours, the participants returned to Üsküdar University Central Campus, which was the starting route by bus. During the event, questions were asked by the participants on various topics and relevant answers were received.

This event was a productive day where participants had the opportunity to get to know the innovations in software and R&D closely.
