Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Club of Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department organized a rowing event.
The event took place at Golden Horn Water Sports with the participation of 20 students.
Paddlesport helps develop muscles and tissues in many parts of the body, especially the arm and leg muscles; provides a positive effect on the body and performance in a short time with its compact training method; helps the metabolism to work in a healthy way; supports the development of quick thinking and decision-making ability.
The club representative students who participated in the event stated that they will continue their club activities with new sporting activities.
