Positive Psychology Club Discussed the Role of the Family in Combating Addiction
Üsküdar University Positive Psychology Club organized a meaningful seminar on December 17, 2024 to draw attention to the role of family in the fight against addiction. At the event, which took place in Block E Socrates Hall, Expert Psychologist Cumali Aydın discussed the effects of family dynamics on the individual's susceptibility to addiction.

The seminar examined in detail how to recognize the risk factors of addiction and how the family can provide support during the treatment process. The event, which was attended by approximately 70 people, received full marks from the participants by providing both theoretical information and practical suggestions.
Participants appreciated the richness of the content of the event as well as the refreshments offered at the seminar. They also suggested that the continuation of addiction-themed seminars in series would be both instructive and reinforcing.
