At the training organized by the TEKNOFEST Club, students learned about the process of preparing competition projects and effective project writing.
The “Project Writing Training,” organized by the Üsküdar University TEKNOFEST Club, was held online on February 7, 2026. The event, which attracted great interest from students, addressed the process of preparing projects for TEKNOFEST competitions and effective project writing techniques.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Tolga Topcubaşı, who took part in the event as a speaker, and active members of the club shared with students the key points to consider in the project development process. Throughout the training, comprehensive information was provided, particularly on forming the project idea, defining the problem, structuring proposed solutions, and properly preparing the project file.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about the planning processes and technical details required to prepare a successful project for TEKNOFEST competitions. The event also included discussions on the importance of teamwork, project management processes, and how innovative ideas can be developed.
During the program, students were informed, through examples, about common mistakes in project writing and points to pay attention to. The importance of originality, feasibility, and sustainability criteria in competition processes was particularly highlighted. The experiences shared throughout the training helped students approach the project preparation process more consciously.
The event, attended by approximately 44 students, continued interactively with a Q&A session. Participants had the opportunity to get information firsthand by asking questions about project development processes, competition applications, and technical details.
Held in collaboration with the T3 Foundation, the training helped students gain awareness of project creation processes in technology and innovation, and was one of the events that made an important contribution to preparations for TEKNOFEST competitions.
