Psychological Dimensions of Love were discussed at the LOVE 101 Symposium

On February 27, 2024, the "LOVE 101 Symposium", organized by the Psychology Club at the Socrates Hall in Üsküdar University South Campus E Block, hosted 80 participants who came together on the new generation dimensions of love, physiological effects, interpersonal attraction mechanisms and deep psychological facts about love.

Moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Murat Otoğlu moderated the symposium. Murat Otoğlu, the symposium was moderated by Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan, Uzm. Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan, Specialist Dr. Mert Sinan Bingöl, Specialist. Clinical Psychologist Zehra Erol and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Osmanoğlu hosted expert speakers in their fields.

The event was well received by the participants as it addressed different dimensions of love and deep psychological realities. In particular, the sessions discussing the dynamics of modern relationships and the effects of love on human psychology generated an active discussion among the participants.

Uzm. Prof. Dr. Mert Sinan Bingöl's presentation on physiological effects and Uzm. Clinical Psychologist Zehra Erol's speech on interpersonal attraction mechanisms drew particular attention among the participants.

In the evaluations made at the end of the event, it was stated that the symposium went as planned and the purpose of the event was successfully achieved. Participants expressed that they had a valuable experience in understanding the complex structure of love and evaluating its effects on relationships in depth.

The LOVE 101 Symposium provided its participants with the opportunity to explore and deeply understand different aspects of love and became an important reference point for future similar events.
