Students Enjoyed a Fun Day with Cookie Corner and Movie Theater Activity

Organized by the Nutrition and Dietetics Club under the Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department, the "3rd Traditional Workshop - Cookie Corner and Cinema Pleasure" event was successfully held on January 3, 2025 at the NP Health Campus with 84 participants. The event aimed to teach healthy eating habits in a fun way to young people who want to improve their culinary skills.

During the workshop, participants learned healthy cookie recipes and had the opportunity to make and decorate their own cookies. This creative process was both a fun and educational experience for the participants. The aim of the event was to emphasize the importance of teamwork in the kitchen and to provide participants with practical information on preparing healthy snacks.

The movie screening that followed the workshop added a social dimension to the event. Participants had the opportunity to socialize more with each other, relieving the tiredness of the day. The movie was a fun way to end the event and a great way for participants to celebrate the skills they had acquired during the day.

Feedback from the participants indicated that the event was very well received and enjoyable. Participants found the balance between cookie making and movie screenings to be a positive one, and requested that more events be organized in a larger venue and with more participants.

The event, organized jointly by the Youth Club and the Nutrition and Dietetics Club, offered an instructive and socially rich experience that not only supported individual development but also strengthened group dynamics.
