UU Child Development Club Examined Tests and Scales Used in Child and Adolescent Therapies

On April 18, 2024, the Child Development Club, affiliated to Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department, presented valuable information to students interested in the field with a conference on "Tests, Scales and Schools Used in Child and Adolescent Therapies".

At the event held at Üsküdar University Çarşı Campus Emir Nebi Conference Hall, Expert Clinical Psychologist Saadet Aybeniz Yıldırım took part as an invited speaker. Yıldırım introduced the tests that child development students will encounter in their professional lives and shared important information about how and where to use these tests.

The event attracted great interest with 71 participants. The participants stated that they were very satisfied with the conference and that they benefited greatly from the presentation of Uzm. Clinical Psychologist Saadet Aybeniz Yıldırım's presentation was very effective.

In the post-event evaluation, it was observed that students were more aware and ready for the tests they will use in their professional lives. Positive feedback was received that such activities contribute to the academic and professional development of students.
