📣 U.U. Inter-Faculty Youth Cup Volleyball Tournament Completed!

The Inter-Faculty Youth Cup Volleyball Tournament, organized by the Ü.Ü Youth Club under the coordination ofthe Department of Health, Culture and Sports and supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports within the scope of the UNIDES Program, was held with great enthusiasm between 6-15 May 2025.

The tournament, in which a total of 16 teams (8 women, 8 men) participated in the women's and men's categories, ended with the final matches played at Vakıfbank Sports Hall on May 15, 2025. Throughout the competitions, sportsmanship, struggle and team spirit were at the forefront.

🎯 The event was organized as part of the sports activities of the SKS Department within the scope of May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.

Women Category

• 🥇 1st place: Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

• 🥈 2nd place: English Preparatory Program

• 🥉 3rd place: Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences

Men Category

• 🥇 1st place: Vocational School of Health Services

• 🥈 2nd place: Faculty of Medicine

• 🥉 3rd place: English Preparatory Program

🎖️ Trophies and medals were presented to the winning teams at a ceremony held on the final day.

The tournament, which strengthened the social bonds of university students and encouraged sportive competition throughout the event, has gained an important place among the activities of SKS for youth.
