Women's Basketball Team Won Its Second Game in the Group
Üsküdar University Women's Basketball Team continues to progress successfully in the 1st League Women's Basketball tournament, which is included in the TUSF 2024-2025 activity program. On Monday, December 23, 2024, in the second game of the group played at Sabancı University Sports Hall, our team once again demonstrated its strength by defeating its rival Acıbadem University with an impressive score of 83-38.
In the match that started at 11:00, our Women's Basketball Team played a superior game from the beginning to the end of the match and outscored its opponent in all periods:
- 1st Period: 34 - 19
- 2nd Period: 53 - 26
- 3rd Period: 70 - 28
- 4th Period: 83 - 38
In addition to their disciplined performance in defense throughout the match, our team reached the victory comfortably with the high percentage they achieved in offense. Especially from the first period onwards, the pressurized game made it difficult for the opposing team to score and left Üsküdar University in complete control of the game.
With this different victory, our Women's Basketball Team continues to maintain its strong claim in the group stage. Üsküdar University Women's Basketball team stated that they have achieved a better harmony and form day by day and they aim to maintain the same performance in the upcoming matches. We congratulate Üsküdar University women's basketball team players and wish them continued success!
