International Student Relations Unit
Operating under the Uskudar University Health, Culture and Sports Directorate (SKS), the International Student Relations Unit works in line with our university’s vision of internationalization to support the social, cultural, and academic adaptation of students from diverse backgrounds.
🎯 Our Support Programs
Through structured programs such as the International Student Support Team (ISSTeam), the Target Friendship Team (TFTeam), and the Mentor Program, our office especially helps first-year international students adapt to university life quickly and effectively.
These programs not only make the adaptation process easier but also provide social spaces for intercultural interaction. Newcomers are matched with experienced mentors and multilingual support teams, encouraging active participation in campus life. In addition, training sessions in areas such as creative drama, ethics, communication, and human values support both personal and academic development.

🎉 Cultural Events
Events organized throughout the year such as Coffee Break gatherings, International Day, and African Day bring students from different countries together, allowing them to share experiences and celebrate cultural diversity on campus.
Projects carried out in cooperation with student clubs—especially the Intercultural Club—and volunteer student groups further enrich this process.

🗣️ Multilingual Support
With the contributions of our student staff, we provide support in a wide range of languages including Turkish, English, Arabic, Persian, Russian, Kazakh, French, and Somali. In this way, we establish an accessible and dynamic advisory network that is sensitive not only to administrative needs but also to psychosocial requirements.
🚀 Our Vision
The International Student Relations Office aims to make Uskudar University a more student-friendly, inclusive higher education institution that prioritizes intercultural understanding on a global scale.
✨ We are here for you.
