IEEE Club Organized Engineering with Simulations Seminar

IEEE Üsküdar University Student Branch organized a seminar on "Engineering with Simulations" on 20 December 2024. The event was held at the Central Campus A Block Kuleli Hall with the participation of Yunus Emre Erginsoy, CAE Engineer from Mercedes-Benz Turk. The seminar was held face-to-face with 50 participants.

The aim of the seminar was to provide participants with information on engineering with simulations and cost-effective engineering, to share the intricacies of working at Mercedes-Benz and to raise awareness about the steps towards becoming a simulation engineer. Yunus Emre Erginsoy shared his experience of working as an engineer at Mercedes-Benz Türk and provided information on simulation engineering. He also gave a detailed presentation on what steps should be taken to become a simulation engineer.

Participants asked Yunus Emre Erginsoy various questions throughout the event and received information about engineering and career planning. At the end of the seminar, the participants gained a better understanding of the engineering processes at Mercedes-Benz and gained important tips for their career goals. The event was evaluated as very productive and informative by the participants.

The event provided an inspiring experience for engineering students, allowing them to explore career opportunities in simulation engineering.
