Üsküdar University Students Met with the Experts of the Sector with START OFF CONSULTANCY Event
The "START OFF CONSULTING" event organized by Üsküdar University Industry and Leadership Student Club was held on January 2, 2023. The event, which took place at Aziz Sancar Conference Hall, brought together the leading names of the consulting industry with students.
The event was enriched with experienced speakers Vehap Taştan (Strategy and Investment Consultant), Özden Cengizoğlu (Founder of Avior Management Consulting) and Arda Karabulut (Simon-Kucher Consultant). Experts in the sector provided students with a comprehensive perspective on the consulting sector and shared their own career experiences.
The event took place in a panel format covering a wide range of the consulting industry. The speakers emphasized the differences between the founder of a consulting company and a newly graduated consultant, and explained the importance of specialization in the sector and the career roadmap in this field.
The participants stated that the event helped them gain a deeper understanding of the sector. Vehap Taştan, Özden Cengizoğlu and Arda Karabulut shared their career experiences and gave students the opportunity to understand the dynamics of the sector more closely. At the end of the event, the students stated that while they gained a solid knowledge of the consultancy sector, they had the opportunity to determine their career goals more clearly.
