The Invisible Face of Society: Homelessness Event was Held
Üsküdar University Social Assistance and Solidarity Club, affiliated to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports, organized the event "The Invisible Face of Society: Homelessness".
Social Assistance and Solidarity Club of Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department organized the event "The Invisible Face of Society: Homelessness."
In the event, which took place in the South Campus Block C Fuat Sezgin Conference Hall with the participation of 50 people, the invited speakers were Dr. Ahmet TÜRKER, President of Çorbada Tuzun Olsun Association, Dr. Lecturer Nihan KALKANDELER ÖZDİN, Lecturer Murat OTOĞLU, Moderator Prof. Dr. Barış ERDOĞAN. The aim of the event was to discuss the homelessness that cannot be brought to light in the society, the solutions and the reasons; The President of Çorbada Tuzun Olsun Association, Mr. Dr. Ahmet TÜRKER, talked about the impact of non-governmental organizations on this issue, how they help, how they can bring people into society in solutions, and then Lecturer Murat OTOĞLU talked about why people can become homeless and why people can become homeless.
