Turkish Coffee Break
Creating a space for International Students to share their own tea/coffee culture with other students. Sharing and learning about different cultures while creating a social space for international students to engage and socialize.
Supported by the International Student Relations Office, organized by 'Intercultural Club, 'International Coffee Break' event, which is being held every week, Turkey was represented by Turkish students. Students tasted famous turkish drinks such as “Turkish coffee” and "cay” as well as “Turkish Delight" and different types of cookies for a more traditional experience. Students were informed about the history and tradition of Turkish coffee. Host students also talked and informed about Trojan Horse and Cappadocia by using models.
