Turkish Speaking Club is visiting Chocolate Museum
Getting to know Turkish culture more closely, enabling students to practice speaking Turkish with each other during the event.
15 students from Romania, Morocco, Egypt, Palestine, Azerbaijan and Syria, who are members of the Turkish Speaking Club supported by the International Student Relations Office, attended the event. Important structures such as Dolmabahçe Palace and Blue Mosque, Turkish historical heroes such as Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, Seyit Onbaşı, Kara Fatma, world-famous Turkish artists such as Barış Manço, Neşet Ertaş, Zeki Müren, as well as world-renowned artists such as Mona Lisa, Albert Einstein, Picasso’s busts of famous people made of chocolate were exhibited. Information about historical characters, places and Turkish culture was shared. During the museum trip an Azerbaijani Student saw the chocolate sculpture of 'Qiz Qalası' (Maiden's Tower) structure which is found in Azerbaijan. She shared the story of the structure with the students
