Üsküdar University did not forget the July 15 Coup Attempt on its 7th anniversary. This struggle, which is a symbol of resistance and unity, was once again remembered with a commemoration ceremony organized with the participation of academic, administrative staff and students under the leadership of Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department.

This struggle, which is a symbol of resistance and unity, was remembered once again with the commemoration ceremony organized with the participation of academic, administrative staff and students under the leadership of Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department. July 15th Martyrs Monument and July 15th Memory Museum were visited. Prayers were offered for the martyrs who lost their lives.

Darbe and Democracy Exhibition Opened to Üsküdar Residents

The 'Coup and Democracy Exhibition' was opened in the lobby of Block A of the Central Campus in commemoration of the 7th Anniversary of the July 15 Coup Attempt. The exhibition, in which the chronological order in which the Coup Attempt took place, will be open to visitors between July 10-16.

Visited July 15 Martyrs Monument and July 15 Memorial Museum

Academic, administrative staff and students participated in the memorial visit organized under the leadership of Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department. Üsküdar University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Dean Prof. Dr. Osman Çerezci also accompanied the visit. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Niyazi Beki, a faculty member of the Institute of Sufi Studies, prayers were offered for our martyrs who lost their lives in the July 15 Coup Attempt. After the prayer, Uskudar people did not forget to visit the July 15th Memory Museum.

UU TV Holds a Talk on Coups

The July 15 Coup Attempt and coups in Turkey were the subject of the interview program Usküdar University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of History Dr. Lecturer. Member Kazım Dalkıran, Secretary General of Üsküdar University and Association of Justice Defenders (ASDER), Retired Major Gürcan Onat and Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports (SKS) Department Manager Sadık Paksoy participated in the program.

As the family of Üsküdar University, we have not forgotten July 15th and we continue to commemorate the heroic struggle.
