We can speak Turkish!

In addition to learning Turkish in a fun way via games, exchanging cultures and make new friends from all cultures.

Turkish Speaking Club, which wants to make Turkish speaking practices much more effective and fun via games, brought a board game called ‘Taboo’. International students who are trying to learn Turkish more had so much fun during the game as well as learnt many new words. One of our Palestinian students said, “We should increase the number of games like this, because this kind of games encourages us to speak Turkish and it helps us learn easier and faster.”. Club President Abdülhalik Edres affirmed this comment by giving examples from his own experience; Siwar Aladwan, one of the club members, said, "Learning Turkish is easier than you think, especially if we support it with movies, games and conversations with friends"

"My Success" Event Special for Disability Week at Üsküdar University attracted great attention

Üsküdar University hosted the "My Success" event on December 6, 2024 within the scope of December 3-9 Disability Week. The event, organized in cooperation with the Disabled Student Unit of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports and the Youth Club, was held at the Emir Nebi-1 Conference Hall of the University's Çarşı Campus. The organization, which attracted approximately 250 participants, was remembered for its meaningful messages and inspiring moments.

Orientation Training for New Student Clubs

Üsküdar University Health, Culture and Sports Department organized a comprehensive orientation training to support student activities and guide newly established student clubs. New club members and managers who joined the university received information on club management, event organization, digital communication processes within the university, and sports sponsorship.

Hot Soup served during the Exam Period at Üsküdar University

Üsküdar University students received a warm surprise during the intense exam period. In the event organized with the contributions of Üsküdar Municipality, free soup was distributed to students preparing for the exam marathon.
