In other words, it is the reaction of our brain and body as a result of the inability of the individual to adapt to the environment he/she is in.
The word stress is derived from the Latin verb "estrictia" and means tension, pressure. Stress, which has effects on behavior and relationships, is an indispensable element of daily life. Although stress is not a situation that occurs out of the blue, it is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of interaction between individuals.
The occurrence of stress varies from person to person. While the factors that develop due to stress first cause psychological changes, they also lead to physical ailments.
