1.
Although we don't seek water in winter as much as we do in the scorching heat of summer, we should be sensitive enough about it. Most experts recommend that each person should drink an average of 8 glasses of water per day. This is because water strengthens the immune system and detoxifies the body. Water and liquids with high vitamin value should be consumed in sufficient amounts to prevent health problems that increase especially during seasonal changes. You can also prefer herbal teas in winter.
2. Sunny Weather Can Be Deceiving!
Many of us don't know what to wear when the seasons change. In spring and fall, you've probably encountered two different groups of people wearing t-shirts and jackets.
During seasonal transitions, clothes should be chosen considering the temperature difference between morning and evening hours. In addition, you should not be fooled by the sunny weather and go out in thin clothes. Because the wrong choice of clothing can lead to various diseases.
3. Exercise Regularly
Many people lack the motivation to exercise in winter. This is because spending time at home when it is cold is much more appealing than taking a walk. This leads to a more sedentary life. We can also say that sports in winter are much more effective. Because the efficiency of sports is directly proportional to body temperature. For this reason, the body responds much faster to sports in winter.
4. Take Vitamin D
As the season changes, so do the places and it becomes harder to adapt. Unlike in summer, we spend more time indoors in winter. Vitamin D is best absorbed from the sun and the more indoors, the lower the intake. Vitamin D deficiency negatively affects muscle and bone health. It can also lead to various mental illnesses. Remember to take vitamin D supplements during the winter months.

5. Get At Least 7 Hours of Sleep a Day
After a busy day, we need sleep the most. This way we can start the new day refreshed and revitalized. The most efficient time for sleep is between 22.00 and 06.00. During seasonal transitions, we feel tired and this can seriously disrupt sleep patterns. However, it is extremely important to get quality sleep in order to eliminate the negativity during this period.
6. Eat Seasonally
The fatigue that comes with the transition of the season also causes loss of appetite. This is the case for most people. Eating patterns are disrupted and the number of meals is reduced. It is quite normal for such health problems to occur when the body does not get the nutrients and minerals it needs for good health. However, it is possible to overcome them with an adequate and balanced diet.
Fluid intake is very important, especially to protect against infectious diseases. In addition, seasonal vegetables and fruits should be consumed.
In conclusion;
Good health means eating seasonally, exercising and getting your health check-ups. It is extremely important to respond to your body's needs for a healthy lifestyle!
