1.Italian Cuisine

We can say that its food, which is rich enough to be included in the cultural heritage list by UNESCO, is famous all over the world. Ham, game meats, shellfish, mushrooms, pastries are among the prominent products of French cuisine. There are also products such as snails and frogs that not everyone would be willing to taste.
Croissants, a breakfast staple, hearty croque madame, small macarons in dozens of varieties, onion soup, crème caramel and eclairs, which we are not unfamiliar with, are among the most well-known dishes/desserts of the cuisine.
Roxfor, Brie, Chèvre, Camembert, Maroilles are just some of the famous French cheeses that are protected by law. Sauces are also very important in French cuisine. Dishes are flavored with mayonnaise, béchamel, hollandaise and espagnole sauces. Also, unlike Italian cuisine, olives and olive oil are not used much. This is replaced by butter.
3.Greek Cuisine
We are going to the neighbor... Greek cuisine attracts our attention with its similarity to Turkish cuisine. As people of the same geography and culture, it is inevitable that our dishes are similar. The Greeks, who also use seafood frequently, are famous for their mussel pilaf. Feta, the traditional cheese of Greece, is a cheese known all over the world and frequently used in cooking. In the country, which is also developed in the production of mastic gum, there are many desserts where mastic gum is used. Gum mastic custard can be given as an example. Spanakopita, which we can call spinach fritters, is a flavor that is frequently consumed both at home and in restaurants.

In Japan, an island country, seafood is consumed frequently. Spices and oil are used sparingly. Care is taken to consume vegetables according to their season. Spices play an important role in Indian cuisine. Curry is one of the most widely used and well-known spices. Curry is a cure created by mixing many spices such as turmeric, cloves, coriander, cardamom and ginger. It may vary according to the dishes. There is no single curry recipe.
For religious reasons, beef is not consumed much. Milk and cinnamon desserts are predominant. Cheese varieties are frequently consumed at every meal. Bread culture is quite developed. Lebanese cuisine is a mixed cuisine with influences from Arabic, French and Mediterranean cuisines. Pulses are consumed in abundance and lamb is considered the best type of meat. It is the country with the highest yogurt consumption after Turkey. Attention is also paid to the use of spices. Zahter is one of the most preferred spices. Its aroma is similar to thyme and fresh is used in salads.
Kibbe lebeniye, a soup made with yogurt and rice with the addition of meatballs, is a wonderful main course on Lebanese tables. A soft and fluffy bread called pita bread is consumed as bread. Mamoul cookie is a unique dessert of Lebanese cuisine made of rose and orange blossom water and filled with pistachios and cinnamon.
7.Mexican Cuisine
Another legendary cuisine is Mexican cuisine... Influenced by Arab, French and Spanish cuisines, it has developed its own unique style over time. In the northern regions, meat dishes flavored with sauces that combine sweet and sour, and foods prepared with seafood stand out. In the west, on the other hand, there are dishes where bitterness and spice are at the forefront. Goose and chicken dishes are preferred in the south and light dishes in the east. Heavy oils are not preferred so as not to spoil the flavor of the dishes. Rice, fish, eggs, soy and seafood are frequently used. Noodles, or Chinese noodles, replace rice in the northern regions.
Pekin duck, spring rolls and dumplings are examples of popular dishes from this cuisine. The Chinese have developed a method of cooking in hollow pans called "wok". Turkish cuisine has been influenced by both Balkan and Middle Eastern cuisines, and has also influenced them. With soups, meat dishes, pastries and many other kinds of dishes, Turkish cuisine is a rich and deep-rooted cuisine.
There are soups such as tarhana, lentil, ezogelin and tripe; meat-based dishes such as kebabs, meatballs, lahmacun and pita bread; and vegetable dishes such as dolmas, wraps, the famous olive oil dishes of the Aegean region and the cabbage dishes of the Black Sea. Legumes play an important role. Chickpeas, lentils, dried beans and peas are examples of legumes that are frequently cooked at home.
Desserts have an important place in Turkish cuisine. Baklava, known all over the world, is the favorite of dessert lovers with dozens of varieties. It is prepared by placing walnuts, peanuts or hazelnuts between thinly rolled phyllo dough. Gaziantep is considered the best in its field in baklava. Other famous desserts include syrupy desserts such as Hatay's künefesi and İzmir's lokması; milk desserts such as rice pudding, kazandibi, keşkül; and aşure, which is made and distributed at certain times of the year.
