Dear Club Presidents,

In the 2024-2025 academic year, we kindly ask our student clubs to fulfill the following issues urgently and importantly.

BetweenSeptember 16 - 20, 2024, you are required to hold your general assemblies and appoint new board members.

  • The necessary documents are attached.
  • During this period, you can hold your general assemblies online via Zoom or face-to-face.

Note: The meeting to be held via Zoom must be recorded, added to the drive file and the link must be shared with our SKS Department.

You can prepare your documents completely by following the steps below.

  1. General Assembly Meeting Planning: You need to determine the meeting date, location (face-to-face or via Zoom), and agenda and announce it to all members. Let's not forget that your club advisor should also be present at the meeting!
  2. Conducting the General Assembly Meeting: Elections for the board of directors should be held and plans for the next semester should be discussed.
  3. Preparation of Documents:

Please combine these documents into a single PDF file.

  1. Submission of Documents to SKS: We kindly ask you to send the prepared PDF file to us via e-mail (sks@uskudar.edu.tr) until September 20, 2024 at the latest.

It is important that your documents are submitted on time and in full.
