For this reason, the concept of fear of flying is one of the most common phobias of recent times. We say phobia because in the literature, this concept is characterized as a kind of anxiety disorder, not a disease, and various treatment methods have been sought for it.

4. It is a great advantage if you have someone with you on the journey and not alone. You can talk about your triggers or distract yourself by talking about something else.
